Runs a free helpline and community stroke navigators who support people after a stroke, along with support groups, information and prevention advice. Helps older people and their whānau find their way through recovery and meet others who have had a stroke.

No referral is needed. Family, whānau, caregivers, community workers and health professionals can all ring. General enquiries are on 0800 459 954.
