What they offer
Practical home support following an ACC-covered injury, helping people recover safely and maintain independence. Assistance may include cleaning, meals, shopping, showering and dressing, with support tailored to assessed injury-related needs.
Cost
ACC pays approved home support. Eligibility and level of assistance depend on injury-related assessment
When
Support can be requested after ACC accepts an injury claim. Claims team: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm
