What does Wairoa mean?
Wairoa is the name for the eastern part of Franklin: Beachlands, Maraetai, Clevedon, Whitford and Kawakawa Bay. It is the name Auckland Council uses for this part of the Franklin Local Board area.
What if an organisation helps the whole of Franklin?
