What they offer

Fun, social exercise classes designed for older people of varying fitness and mobility. Improve balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and everyday movement through standing and seated exercises, with a monthly social gathering providing additional friendship and connection.

Cost

$7 casual; $60 for 10-class concession card

When

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9–10am. Monthly Senior Social first Wednesday at 10am
