Provides a free, independent and confidential advocate for anyone unhappy with health or disability care, including hospitals, doctors, rest homes and home support. Helps older people and their families raise a concern or make a complaint and be listened to.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Independent of hospitals, rest homes and the Health and Disability Commissioner. Advocates can support a person through a complaint from start to finish.
