What they offer

Provides a free, confidential helpline for anyone worried that an older person is being harmed, pressured or taken advantage of, including financial and family harm. Puts older people and their whānau in touch with a trained regional coordinator who can act safely.

People can also text 5032. In immediate danger, ring 111 and ask for the Police. Calls are answered by a trained regional coordinator who acts only with the person's consent.
