What they offer

Provides general practice care for the town and the surrounding rural district, including long-term condition care, immunisations, prescriptions and minor procedures. Helps older people manage their health locally, with a pharmacy and laboratory on the same site.

Cost

Enrolled patients 65 and over $42.50, or $20 with a Community Services Card

When

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Saturday 8.30am to 1pm

Enrolment is restricted to rest home residents, babies of enrolled patients, and family of enrolled patients living within 15km. After hours, Ka Ora Telecare 0800 252 672, or Urgent Care Franklin, open 8am to 8pm seven days. Pharmacy, laboratory, dentist and counselling on the same site.
