Provides retirement villages, aged residential care and community programmes for older people, and part-owns rental housing for people over 65. Older people in Franklin can use its services and housing even though there is no village in the area.

Haumaru Housing, a joint venture between the Selwyn Foundation and Auckland Council, rents homes to people over 65 who are eligible for social housing - freephone 0800 430 101. Selwyn Centres run free social mornings for older people.
