Specialist mental health service for people 65+, providing assessment, treatment and support at home and in the community. Helps with significant mental health concerns and cognitive decline, while supporting independence and working alongside whānau and carers.
Free for people eligible for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Community staff can visit people where they live.
After hours urgent mental health support: 0800 775 222. Referrals come from a GP or health professional; other referrers can phone 09 270 9797.
